    • Led and managed CAPEX projects worth ₹184 Cr., driving sustainable business development, process optimization, and ESG compliance. Spearheaded SCADA implementation, generator commissioning (₹24 Cr.), and emission reduction initiatives, enhancing efficiency, compliance, and revenue growth.
